As the light fades and the harvests are gathered, we descend from leaves and flowers, down into the root world of our landscape, and also of ourselves. Autumn is the season of remembering our grandmothers' hands, tending the bones of tradition, and reclaiming our own inner knowing.

Earthwise Mother: Autumn invites you to walk this path—not alone, but in circle together. To nourish, to honor, and to root back into what is regenerative, deeply nutritive and feeds our hearts and bones.

A three-month circle for mothers who long to live in rhythm with the Earth’s turning. Part course, part mother circle—woven with seasonal guidance, herbal plant wisdom, ancestral ritual, crafts, and resources for living intune with the earth and her seasons, through the seasons of motherhood.

I’ve spent the past two decades walking with women — through functional medicine, herbalism, and eco-somatics, and the past 5 years in conscious conception and motherhood.
